Tiffany and Thomas’ love story you could say began at a Halloween party in 2016 after meeting through mutual friends; however, they wouldn’t say it officially began until a few months later around St. Patrick’s Day after finally exchanging numbers. Fast forward two years later, during the Million Bulb Walk at Norfolk Botanical Gardens, Thomas got down on one knee at the end of the lights and proposed to Tiffany with his grandmother’s ring.
