Sam and I met up a couple weekends ago to take some pictures of her and Mr Lexy. It was bittersweet because the next day Mr Lexy would be sent to Suffolk to be leased to a sweet little lady. He is definitely the tall, white and handsome horse every little girl dreams of. I was so excited to actually experiment with snow pictures and I could not be more in love with the whimsical-coolness that the snow creates in these portraits. It was surreal- It felt like we were out in Colorado (minus the mountains) shooting a Ralph Lauren advertisement! Here is a fix for all of you equestrian lovers out there!
